Health is the greatest asset in today’s world. A healthy body and mind can be achieved through regular physical and mental activities. The college is committed to promoting the overall well-being of students by providing ample opportunities for physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual development.

Students actively participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor sports, fitness activities, and yoga sessions to maintain a healthy lifestyle. All sports and fitness programs are guided and coordinated by a qualified Physical Instructor. The college resource center is well-equipped with sports facilities and equipment, including Badminton, Cricket, Handball, Football, Discus, Shot Put, Chess, and Carrom.

To further encourage sportsmanship and teamwork, the college celebrates Annual Sports Day every year with great enthusiasm, where students participate wholeheartedly and showcase their athletic talents.
